Returns Policy

Customers may return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact our customer service department and provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for returning your item.

 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process the refund within 3-5 business days. You can expect to see the refund in your account within 7-10 business days after we receive your return as it takes some time for banks to process refunds.

 

We will also provide a prepaid return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Custom-sized products are non-returnable. Shipping

Your order will be carefully prepared and sent out within 5 business days of us receiving it. Since we make each protector just for you, please allow up to one week for us to meticulously process and ship your customized order. If you need a faster delivery, just let us know before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you. The shipping cost is calculated by the carrier based on the total weight and size of your package. The charge reflects their current rates at the time of shipping. It's simply what they charge us to get your order to you - no hidden fees or extra charges from us!
