Do you have a box this size 111 x 111 x 111 mm?

We recommend using our Size Search Tool to check if we have your specific dimensions in stock. If you don't find an exact match, you can easily request a custom size through our online form.

Will this protector ABC fit my CDF?

To determine compatibility, please check the dimensions carefully. Each product listing includes detailed measurements in the description. For the best fit, compare these dimensions with your item's measurements before ordering.

Do you have a protector for this item XXX?

Please use the search function on our website to look for specific items. If you don't find what you're looking for, we're happy to create a custom-sized protector to meet your needs.

What type of material do you use? Does it offer UV protection?

All our protectors are made from premium crystal clear 5.0mm PET material with protective film on both sides. They include UV protection to help prevent yellowing and damage to your collectibles over time.

What are the standard sizes you offer?

We carry a wide range of standard sizes including protectors for Blu-ray cases, DVD cases, Funko POP figures, trading cards, action figures, and many other popular collectibles. Browse our categories to see our complete selection.

I just want a simple protector, what options should I choose?

Glue design, no hanger, standard lock is the simplest combination for most collectors.

What's the difference between glued vs GFL protectors?

Traditional Glued Protectors
What They Are: The standard box protectors most sellers offer, using adhesive to hold the structure together.

  • Advantages:
    • Simple to use - just form into shape and they're ready to go
    • No assembly required
    • Familiar design that most collectors know how to use
  • Disadvantages:
    • Hand-applied glue results in inconsistent appearance
    • Adhesive may dry out over time, compromising protection
    • Can damage plastic wrap on new collectibles when inserting items
    • Visible glue lines affect aesthetic appeal

GFL (Glue-less Friction-less) Protectors
What They Are: An innovative design using tab-locking mechanism instead of adhesive.

  • Advantages:
    • Specifically designed for brand new, still-wrapped collectibles
    • Can be wrapped around items before locking, creating zero friction during installation
    • No risk of damaging plastic wrap on mint condition items
    • Cleaner appearance with no glue lines
    • No adhesive to dry out or fail over time
    • More consistent, professional look
  • Disadvantages:
    • Requires following setup instructions for optimal results
    • Slight learning curve for first-time users

Perfect For: Serious collectors with mint-condition, sealed items who want premium protection without risking damage to original packaging.


Ordering & Customization

How do I request a new size?

Please visit our Custom Sized Protector form and provide the exact measurements of your item. Our team will create a protector tailored to your specifications.

I just placed an order but want to add a couple more items.

We recommend placing a second order and selecting the in-store pickup option to avoid paying for shipping twice. If the combined shipping cost is significantly higher than your first order, we'll send an invoice for the difference, though this rarely occurs.

I want to change my order.

Please email us immediately with the requested changes, then call or text us at 714.478.2165 with your order number so we can process your request promptly.

I selected in-store pickup but I want it to be shipped.

No problem! We'll send you a shipping invoice for your order. Once payment is received, we'll ship your items to your specified address.

I need my order in a hurry.

Please call us directly at 714.478.2165 so we can discuss expedited processing and shipping options for your urgent order.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please select the "TBD shipping" method during checkout, and we'll send you a shipping invoice with the actual cost. If you'd like to know the shipping cost before placing an order, please email us with a screenshot of your cart and your complete shipping address.

What is the international TBD shipping?

TBD (To Be Determined) shipping is our method for international orders. Select this option during checkout, and we'll calculate the actual shipping cost based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We'll then send you an invoice for the shipping amount before processing your order.

Tracking was provided, but there are no tracking updates.

Our fulfillment process involves creating shipping labels first, with actual shipment occurring within 1-3 business days. Please note that tracking information sometimes doesn't update until the day of delivery. If you don't see any updates after a week, please contact us for assistance.

Your shipping cost is too high.

We understand shipping costs can be substantial. The rates we charge reflect the actual costs from postal services and carriers. We don't mark up shipping fees and are always looking for the most cost-effective shipping methods for our customers.

What are your standard shipping timeframes?

All our protectors are made to order with the following timeframes:

  • Processing time: 2-3 business days
  • Standard shipping delivery: 2-10 business days (domestic)
  • International shipping varies by destination

Returns & Issues

My protector does not fit.

If your protector doesn't fit properly, please email us with:

  1. The exact dimensions of your item (not the protector)
  2. Clear photos of your item next to the protector
  3. Your order number

This information will help us resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive a properly fitting replacement.

My order arrived damaged.

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us with your order number, the SKU of the affected items, quantity, a description of the damage, and photos showing the condition. We'll work promptly to make it right.

Can I return unused protectors?

Yes, we accept returns of unused protectors in their original condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping charges. Contact us before sending any returns to receive proper instructions.

What is your warranty policy?

We stand behind our products with the following guarantees:

  • Items will arrive undamaged
  • Protectors will fit your items within a 5mm tolerance
  • Please note: Custom-sized protectors and Outlet items are final sale with no returns or exchanges
You place the sticker/label in front of the protector, and when I remove the sticker, it ruins the protector.

The sticker is placed on the removable protective film, not on the protector itself. You need to remove the protective film from both the inside and outside of the protector before use. The sticker will be removed when you remove the film.


Pricing & Programs

Do you offer discounts?

While we don't offer regular discounts on our website, we do provide value through our combined shipping options. We also cap our shipping costs at $40 for all USA addresses, which can represent significant savings for larger orders.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes, we provide special pricing for bulk orders. If you're purchasing 50 or more pieces of the same item and/or placing an order totaling $1,000 or more, please contact us for custom pricing details.

Do you have a wholesale program?

Yes, we offer special arrangements for wholesale customers. Please contact us directly for detailed information about our wholesale program, including minimum order requirements and pricing structures.

Why is the price on eBay much higher than from your store?

We have 2 different pricing structures:

  • On our website, product cost and shipping cost are separate. There's no discount on product cost, but you can save significantly on combined shipping, and we cap USA shipping cost at $35.
  • On eBay, we combine product cost and shipping cost - so customers get "free shipping". When you buy 4 or more items on eBay, you automatically save 20 percent.

You can choose whichever pricing structure makes more sense for your particular order.


Store Location

Where are you located? Can I bring my collection to your store to have them measured and made while I wait?

Yes, you can bring your collection for measurement and custom protectors. However, please call to schedule an appointment ahead of time so we can plan our day to serve you better.

Do you have a storefront where I can buy protectors off the shelves?

We have a shop where we manufacture our protectors and a lobby to meet with customers, but we don't have products to buy off the shelves. We can make protectors while you wait, but we prefer you to place your order ahead of time to save you time and allow us to be more productive.


Product Usage

I want to keep the protective film on my protector.

You can keep it on, but you should not. There are several important reasons to remove the protective film:

  • The PET material of the protector is specifically chosen because it will not interact with your collectible. The PE film, however, may interact with your box and could damage it over time.
  • Since these are different materials, moisture and temperature will affect them differently. This may cause the box to warp over time.
  • Moisture can become trapped between the layers and cause mildew or mold.

For the best long-term protection of your collectibles, we strongly recommend TAKING THE FILM OFF.


Request Follow-up

I submitted a request for a new size, how long will it take?

Custom size requests typically take 1-14 days to process, depending on our current production schedule. Most requests are completed within 3 business days. We'll notify you by email once your custom size is available for purchase.

How can I check the status of my custom size request?

Please check your email (including your spam folder) for updates on your request. You can also browse our newly listed items on our store page to see if your custom size has been added. If you haven't received a response after 10 days, please email us for a status update.
