Traditional Glued Protectors

The standard box protectors most sellers offer, using adhesive to hold the structure together.

• Advantages: Simple to use, no assembly required, familiar design
• Disadvantages: Hand-applied glue may be inconsistent, adhesive may dry out over time, can damage plastic wrap on new collectibles when inserting items, visible glue lines

GFL (Glue-less Friction-less) Protectors

An innovative design using a tab-locking mechanism instead of adhesive.

• Advantages: Designed for brand new, still-wrapped collectibles; can be wrapped around items before locking (zero friction during installation); no risk of damaging plastic wrap; cleaner appearance; no adhesive to dry out
• Disadvantages: Requires following setup instructions; slight learning curve for first-time users

Please visit our Custom Sized Protector form and provide the exact measurements of your item. Our team will create a protector tailored to your specifications.

We recommend placing a second order and selecting the in-store pickup option to avoid paying for shipping twice. We'll combine your orders when you pick up.

If you need the order shipped, the combined shipping cost may be higher than your first order. In that case, we'll send an invoice for the difference (though this rarely occurs).

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please select the "TBD shipping" method during checkout, and we'll send you a shipping invoice with the actual cost.

If you'd like to know the shipping cost before placing an order, please email us with a screenshot of your cart and your complete shipping address.

TBD (To Be Determined) shipping is our method for international orders. Select this option during checkout, and we'll calculate the actual shipping cost based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We'll then send you an invoice for the shipping amount before processing your order.

Our fulfillment process involves creating shipping labels first, with actual shipment occurring within 1-3 business days. Please note that tracking information sometimes doesn't update until the day of delivery.

Yes! We provide special pricing for bulk orders. If you're purchasing 50 or more pieces of the same item and/or placing an order totaling $1,000 or more, please contact us for custom pricing details.

Yes, we offer special arrangements for wholesale customers. Please contact us directly for detailed information about our wholesale program, including minimum order requirements and pricing structures.

We have 2 different pricing structures:

• Our Website: Product cost and shipping are separate. No product discount, but you save on combined shipping, and USA shipping is capped at $35.
• eBay: Product cost includes shipping ("free shipping"). When you buy 4+ items on eBay, you automatically save 20%.

Choose whichever pricing structure makes more sense for your particular order.

You can, but you shouldn't. Here's why you should remove the protective film:

• The PET protector material is specifically chosen because it won't interact with your collectible. The PE film, however, may interact with your box and could damage it over time.
• Since these are different materials, moisture and temperature affect them differently, which may cause the box to warp over time.
• Moisture can become trapped between the layers and cause mildew or mold.

The sticker is placed on the removable protective film, not on the protector itself. You need to remove the protective film from both the inside and outside of the protector before use. The sticker will come off with the film.

Yes, you can bring your collection for measurement and custom protectors! However, please call to schedule an appointment ahead of time so we can plan our day to serve you better.

We have a shop where we manufacture our protectors and a lobby to meet with customers, but we don't have products to buy off the shelves.

We can make protectors while you wait, but we prefer you to place your order ahead of time to save you time and allow us to be more productive.

Custom size requests typically take 1-14 days to process, depending on our current production schedule. Most requests are completed within 3 business days.

We'll notify you by email once your custom size is available for purchase.
